Requirements

- macOS 27.0 and Xcode 27.0 (the project's deployment target is macOS 27.0; the APIs used here go back to macOS 14, but that is not what the repository ships).

- Ollama installed and running: (https://ollama.com). Confirm with curl http://127.0.0.1:11434/api/tags — you should get JSON, not a connection error.

- At least one chat model pulled, for example ollama pull llama3.2. A vision model such as ollama pull llava makes the image-attachment demo in Part 2 much better on camera.

- One Swift package, added in Part 2: swift-markdown-ui(https://github.com/gonzalezreal/swift-markdown-ui).
